Ministry Development and Support Proposal
We believe making disciples is not simply about teaching information. It is about walking with people, listening to them, helping them grow in the Word and supporting them so they can serve with what God has placed in their hands.
1. Virtual Discipleship and Pastoral Care
Our discipleship model has adapted to a virtual format to maintain a constant and meaningful connection with every member of the community.
- Church Leadership: church elders lead this process, guiding people individually and as a community toward a practical and deeper knowledge of Scripture.
- Personalized Support: we maintain close and intentional follow-up through phone calls and ongoing WhatsApp messages.
- Comprehensive Care: we seek to respond to each person’s specific needs with support, prayer and available resources.
2. Vocational Training Program
After a pilot program in which participants were able to graduate free of charge as cell phone repair technicians, we want to expand this model of holistic outreach.
Practical Evangelism: create community spaces where the message of salvation in Christ can be shared in an accessible and personal way.
Socioeconomic Development: provide free vocational tools that improve quality of life and create employment or entrepreneurship opportunities.
Expansion of Trades: add practical workshops such as basic electrical work, sewing, barbering and computer skills.
- Instructor Recruitment: identify church members or volunteers with technical skills who are willing to teach.
- Workshop Development: define duration, virtual platform and learning modules.
- Integration Plan: connect workshop students with pastoral discipleship groups for ongoing spiritual support.
